I am so glad that I have found Stephen and everyone should stop Zen nails and ask for Stephen!I would like to add that the entire staff at Zen is extremely wonderful!Services: Pedicure, ManicureLast month I went to Zen nails to have a full set put on and a pedicure. I have been getting my nails done since I was a teenager, and the same lady had been doing my nails for 24 years before I moved to Florida last year.
He takes his time and never rushes you out of that chair. (Not sure of the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was amazing) I showed him some pictures of what I was looking for and he delivered as usual! I have been to various nail salons around Saint Augustine and Jacksonville, and no one has shown the professionalism and skill that Stephen has. I got a dip manicure and received a quick and efficient manicure without feeling rushed or compromising on quality.Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLast month I went to Zen nails to have a full set put on and a pedicure. There is a great selection of quality colors without being overwhelming. I was greeted right away without seeming like an imposition even though I was late for my appointment. The salon itself is clean, inviting, and chic without trying too hard. So many great things to say about Zen Nail Lounge! Even before I walked into the salon, booking an appointment for the same day was easy! I got quick responses and they were so accommodating, even though I couldn't make one of their available appointments strictly on time. The location is great and there is plenty of parking! From the time you walk in you can tell that you are going to have an elevated nail salon experience. Love this place! My friend and I brought our boyfriends here for pedis before we left for vacation and they made all of us feel so welcome and comfortable - even the guys! My gel pedicure looks flawless a week and a half later. The Mimosas were delightful! We will definitely be returning soon! My daughter and I had a great first visit to Zen. Thank you, Andrea and staff, for the great mani/pedis today. I would highly recommend making an appointment and checking them out. Love that they serve complimentary drinks and the salon is always clean and inviting. I've gotten dip nails done here multiple times now and they've looked great every time. Ricky and his team of nail techs always do such an amazing job. Very excited to have such a great nail salon in the Broad Ripple area.
